In the US state of Arizona, 3 Indians immersed in an ice-frozen lake had gone to celebrate their birthday. 3 families of Indian origin went to celebrate at Woods Cannon Lake. Narayan Muddana (49), his wife Haritha Muddana and friend Gokul Mediseti (47) were posing for photographs. Meanwhile, the layer of ice broke and all three drowned in minus 30 degree temperature water.
The custody of Narayana and Haritha's two orphaned daughters, Harshitha (7) and Poojitha (11), is with the Arizona Department of Child Safety.

Raised 4.13 crore rupees for orphan girls
Arizona's Child Safety Department has taken custody of them. John Paxton of the Coconino County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) said the girls are being taken care of and kept safe. Efforts are also being made to keep him away from the information related to the accident. At present, through the GoFundMe crowdfunding platform, more than $ 5 lakh i.e. more than Rs 4.13 crore has been collected for the affected families. This will help in the education of the girl child.
